Define what an acceptable filled pack looks like.

  • Target quantity and measurement method. State whether checks are by mass, volume, level or another approved method.
  • Presentation standard. Record acceptable drips, tails, neck contamination, air pockets, particle damage and fill-height variation.
  • Product condition. State temperature, mixing history, settling time, aeration and the hardest normal batch condition.
  • Changeover expectation. Define product recovery, strip-down, cleaning, inspection and restart evidence.
