A single-head pneumatic piston filler combined with a published 2 m conveyor configuration. It can automate container movement around one nozzle, subject to product refill, bottle detection, stability and complete-line testing.
The LU-GY1C is a Lancing single-head pneumatic paste and liquid filler supplied in the published configuration with a 2 m conveyor. It provides a practical bridge between hand-presented semi-automatic filling and a multi-head automatic line, while retaining one piston dosing path.

The published conveyor is 2000 × 100 mm. Final guide width, speed, sensing and transfers depend on the production pack.
Published options cover 5–100 ml through 1000–5000 ml, with the correct module selected for the required dose family.
Infeed, stopping, detection, fill position, discharge and downstream accumulation must operate as one controlled sequence.

The LU-GY1C may suit bottles or stable containers that can be spaced, detected and stopped reliably under one nozzle. It does not remove every manual task: loading, replenishment, cap placement, packing and fault recovery remain manual unless included elsewhere in the line.

Containers must remain stable through guides, stopping and restart, and their openings must align repeatably with the nozzle. The published conveyor dimensions do not by themselves confirm compatibility; test production samples at the intended speed.
It automates container movement and filling around one head, but full automation depends on infeed, product supply, capping, labelling, accumulation, guarding and operator tasks included in the project scope.
Cycle time includes indexing, settling, filling, cut-off and discharge. Product refill or stringing can be slower than container movement, while downstream blockage can stop an otherwise stable fill cycle.
Prove dose consistency, clean nozzle cut-off, bottle detection, stop accuracy, spill control, restart, hopper replenishment and accepted output with the actual product and containers.
