A four-head automatic piston filling configuration with a large hopper, transfer feed and conveyorised pack handling. The published data provides a starting point for a timed product-and-pack acceptance test.
The LU-YTGt-4PX is a Lancing four-head piston paste filler published with a 160 L hopper and product-feed pump. It is intended as an automatic, multi-head route for higher-output viscous filling where product supply, four dosing paths, container indexing and downstream clearance can work as one line.

The configuration may suit higher-output sauces, creams, gels, honey and compatible industrial pastes where multiple cylinders can refill consistently and container groups can be indexed repeatably. A faster filler does not improve accepted output if product supply, capping, labelling or packing remains the limiting stage.

No. It is a published reference range. Actual accepted output depends on product refill, fill volume, container indexing, nozzle cut-off, head count, downstream capacity and the agreed definition of an acceptable pack.
The feed system can alter pressure, aeration, shear, temperature, settling and end-of-batch recovery. The dosing cylinders cannot remain consistent if the supply condition changes across the run.
Measure sequential fills from each head at the agreed target and product condition. Report head-to-head bias and repeatability separately before calculating a combined result.
Provide container drawings and samples, closure and labelling sequence, upstream product source, target accepted output, available space, utilities, accumulation needs and the required FAT and SAT evidence.
